Hello, my name is Ben and I once went to counselling myself. I remember how daunting it was walking into my first session. I could not believe I needed to go to speak to a counsellor but I felt very low, even depressed. This lead to me qualifying as a counsellor and wanting to offer focused on building confidence in teens to help them navigate life’s challenges through personalised support for anxiety, depression, school stress, and self-esteem issues.

Exercise and well-being are closely linked. We can combine the two in the lovely Chiltern Hills which are on my doorstep. It has been proven that boys in particular find it easier to talk to somebody when walking alongside them and not facing them. My teenage counselling service can start from your house or I can arrange to meet my clients somewhere locally and the 50 minute journey can begin then.
